Setram invests in a driving simulator room

Setram operates six tramway lines including three new ones in the last two years, along with an extension, and therefore needs a cutting-edge tool to train its 550 drivers. The operator has accordingly decided to equip its Algiers training centre with a driving simulator room to achieve a two-fold objective: raise the level of training quality for its driving operatives and guarantee maximum traffic safety along tramway lines.

STU Bourges: travel differently with Cycloplus

The inhabitants of the twenty municipalities covered by AggloBus have been making the most of a new bicycle rental service since 16 September. This attractive solution has been baptised Cycloplus and was launched by our subsidiary STU Bourges, which has been operating the AggloBus local network since 2011. The aim is to make it possible for locals to rent a conventional bicycle for six months at no charge or an electric bicycle for one euro per day over one, three or six months.

Creil

Over a period of seven years, RATP Dev will effectively support the upgrades to the ACSO network, with a network that is better adapted to the needs of its users. In particular, this is thanks to a restructuring project that commenced in 2021: a reinforcement of the main routes, greater capacity and frequency during rush hours, and the addition of articulated buses with room for twice as many passengers.

Saint-Malo

RATP Dev restructures the MAT network over a five-year period and revitalises the transport offering with more frequent, more direct, faster and better-connected buses offering more services to passengers.

The emphasis is on improving bus frequency, a wider range of operating times for regular lines and an entirely remapped network for trips to take less time and a focus on access to leisure activities. Several lines stop at the Aquamalo complex, the new water activities facility for the conurbation.

Angers

RATP Dev has been managing the Angers Loire Métropole conglomeration Irigo network since 1 July 2019 with a six-year contract.

RATP Dev wants to extend the Irigo network and make it more accessible to cater to the 290,000 people in the region’s 29 municipalities. With the inauguration of two new tramway lines, the operating core business of RATP Group, a more environmentally friendly bus network that caters properly to the region along with a high level of service quality, RATP Dev wishes to attract more and more Angevins.

Brest

Over a period of eight and a half years RATP Dev will support Brest Metropole in sustainably developing its Bibus network, including creating a new network in the autumn of 2020, which will foreshadow the advent of the second tramway line and the BHLS by 2025, along with the energy transition with the renewal of the bus fleet and electrification starting in 2021.
