Following on from Marseilles in 2017, Nantes will host the 27th Rencontres nationales du transport public on 1-3 October. The event will be an opportunity for experts from RATP Group and RATP Dev to share their vision of the theme entitled “mobility everywhere and for all”.

The biennial convention organised by the Objectif transport public EIG for GART and UTP is a must-see event for all public transport and mobility players. Industry experts meet, discuss, compare ideas and present their know-how and innovation over three days together to build tomorrow’s mobility.

A stand and plenary sessions to enhance the value of our fields of expertise

In addition to workshops hosted at the RATP Group stand, Group experts will also be taking part in several conferences about key industry issues such as the energy transition, urban integration and driverless vehicles, etc. RATP Dev HR Director Jean-Louis Onnis will be speaking during a plenary session on Wednesday, 2 October at 3.45 p.m. about diversity and parity. Nadia Smondel, director of studies, marketing and quality in the RATP Dev France-Switzerland business unit will be presenting the “MaaS” solution at the Group’s stand.

Grand Ouest: a strategic region for the Group

The 2019 event in Nantes is particularly important for RATP Group, which is increasing its presence in western France. It already boasts a strong presence in the region thanks to RATP Dev operating the Rennes bus station and transport networks in Vannes since 2017 and in Lorient since 2018. The Group significantly strengthened its presence in 2019 in taking over three regional networks in Brest, Saint-Malo and Angers.
