Casaroc is the first RATP Dev innovation laboratory and focuses on improving passenger experience and on data usage. Located in the premises of RATP Dev Casablanca, the city tramway network operator, Casaroc prototypes new services for passengers using field data and then experiments on them with a view to deployment on the Casablanca network and in all RATP Dev subsidiaries.

As announced when the Malo Agglo Transports (MAT) network was taken over four months ago, RATP Dev implemented its new transport offering on 6 January 2020. This is the second year running that the Impulsyon bus network has invited the inhabitants of the Roche-sur-Yon conurbation to demonstrate their generosity as the Christmas season approaches. A bus has been parked at various meeting points over a fortnight to collect new or almost-new toys for underprivileged children. The toys will then be redistributed in early December by Secours Populaire, the French Red Cross and Secours Catholique to ensure that families have gifts before the holidays.

The group also fields occasional services in school and sightseeing excursions.
