Orlyval line awarded EFQM 4-star recognition

Committed for several years now to the EFQM approach, Orlyval Service, a subsidiary of RATP Dev, had already obtained in 2017 the first CE level (Committed to Excellence), an internationally recognised guarantee of quality.

The R4E 4-star level (Recognized for Excellence), rewards the strong actions and the level of excellence of the practices undertaken by the company in the areas of strategy, communication, management, customer service, production, maintenance, safety and corporate social responsibility.

Casaroc: innovation for passengers' benefit

Casaroc is the first RATP Dev innovation laboratory and focuses on improving passenger experience and on data usage. Located in the premises of RATP Dev Casablanca, the city tramway network operator, Casaroc prototypes new services for passengers using field data and then experiments on them with a view to deployment on the Casablanca network and in all RATP Dev subsidiaries.

The Malo Agglo Transport network is getting a new look

As announced when the Malo Agglo Transports (MAT) network was taken over four months ago, RATP Dev implemented its new transport offering on 6 January 2020. The objective is to optimise the network to improve service quality for the inhabitants of the Saint Malo conurbation and encourage them to give up their car and prefer the bus. This is an ambitious challenge, entailing several significant improvements.

Impulsyon renews Xmas bus service

This is the second year running that the Impulsyon bus network has invited the inhabitants of the Roche-sur-Yon conurbation to demonstrate their generosity as the Christmas season approaches. A bus has been parked at various meeting points over a fortnight to collect new or almost-new toys for underprivileged children. The toys will then be redistributed in early December by Secours Populaire, the French Red Cross and Secours Catholique to ensure that families have gifts before the holidays. 

Northern region

The Dupas Lebeda Entreprises group includes four companies (Voyages Dupas Lebeda, Aventour, Lebas Laridant and Voyages Taquet) and operates primarily regular inter-urban lines and school services while offering sightseeing excursions. Located in particular in the Valenciennes basin, the group operates in Nord Pas-de-Calais and in Somme and Aisne.

Northern region

Autocars FINAND primarily operates regular interurban and school bus services under the terms of a Transvilles - CTVH chartering agreement supervised by SIMOUV (Syndicat Intercommunal de Mobilité et d’Organisation Urbaine du Valenciennois). The group also fields occasional services in school and sightseeing excursions. 

Gautrain supports Rugby World Cup Champions Springboks

The Springboks landed at Johannesburg Airport on Tuesday, 5 November 2019 after their victory over England in the final of the Rugby World Cup held in Japan. To mark their triumph, the province of Gauteng partnered our local subsidiary BOC and decided to allow all fans to travel free of charge aboard the Gautrain to Johannesburg's OR Tambo airport to welcome their champions. There was only one condition: wear the national rugby team jersey!
