Quimperlé

Since 4 July 2020, RATP Dev (via its subsidiary RDQC) is the operator for the Tro Bo Kemperle (TBK) bus network in the Quimperlé Communauté, for a period of 8.5 years.

Bibus: inauguration of the new "Blue" line and expanded service offering starting this summer.

Beginning 23 June, a new range of improvements for passengers of the Bibus network in Brest has been kicked-off. The redesigned service offering will expand throughout the summer and be completed with new features in September. With these developments – which will continue next year – RATP Dev intends to encourage the use of sustainable mobility options throughout the Brest conurbation and make it more accessible. 

SETRAM addresses pandemic with community measures

In Algeria, the consequences of the health crisis have been particularly difficult for hundreds of families. SETRAM teamed up with neighbourhood charities during Ramadan to set up a community initiative to issue food parcels to families in need in the six cities where SETRAM operates: Algiers, Oran, Constantine, Sidi Bel Abbès, Sétif and Ouargla.

RATP Dev Casablanca launches its COVID-19 information chatbot

Passengers have many questions about developments relating to the health crisis and need to be informed and reassured. RATP Dev Casablanca has developed Trambot, an intelligent robot available 24/7 on the Casa Tramway website and its Facebook page. 

Trambot has been up since 3 June and answers passengers’ questions in real-time on all of the following issues:

CTRL Lorient: travel safely with the tixiPASS application

As lockdown measures are gradually lifted, everyone wants to resume using public transport, but in complete safety. This is why the CTRL network that serves the Lorient conurbation has launched the tixiPASS mobile application. The simple and easy-to-use app makes it possible for passengers on bus and boat lines to purchase and validate tickets using their smartphone. All it takes is a few clicks to choose a one-journey ticket, a ten-journey ticket or a day pass.

Free on-demand transport services: TAC commits to healthcare workers

At the request of Ardenne Métropole and the Grand Est regional authorities and in conjunction with RDTA (Régie Départementale des Transports des Ardennes), our CTCM subsidiary, which operates the TAC bus network, has implemented a free transport-on-demand service for health carers in every facility across the region. The objective is clear: make commuting easier for health carers during the health crisis.
