Ile-de-France

Île-de-France Mobilités has awarded the contract to operate and maintain the southern section of Line 15 of the Grand Paris Express to the international consortium ORA, consisting of RATP Dev (majority shareholder), Alstom, and ComfortDelGro.

Lyon

Since January 1, 2025, and for a duration of 10 years, RATP Dev has been managing the heavy modes of public transit in the TCL network. Starting in June 2025, RATP Dev will also manage, in collaboration with Yachts de Lyon, the operation and maintenance of the new river shuttle service.

RIO4 - Hauts-de-France

This service offer is supported by RATP DEV through the collaboration of two group subsidiaries (RIO4 and Les Cars Charlot) and a partnership with a local carrier to ensure excellent coverage of the area. This network is taking on the challenges of improving service quality and passenger information in line with the energy transition.

Laval

In January 2023, Laval Agglomération awarded RATP Dev the public transport service delegation contract for the operation and maintenance of the TUL transport network.

Since then, RATP Dev has been reorganizing the network in order to clarify its offer and move towards a more efficient ecological transition, aiming for 60% clean vehicles by the end of the contract.

Thonon

The project led by RATP Dev, in partnership with Borini Dévelopement within their joint venture RDB Thonon, is based on a detailed analysis of the challenges of the territory and on its strong experience acquired in Haute Savoie for more than 20 years now. With this contract, RATP Dev reaffirms its status as the leading public transit operator in the Haute-Savoie region.

Quimperlé

Since 4 July 2020, RATP Dev (via its subsidiary RDQC) is the operator for the Tro Bo Kemperle (TBK) bus network in the Quimperlé Communauté, for a period of 8.5 years.

The Dupas Lebeda Entreprises group includes four companies (Voyages Dupas Lebeda, Aventour, Lebas Laridant and Voyages Taquet) and operates primarily regular inter-urban lines and school services while offering sightseeing excursions. Located in particular in the Valenciennes basin, the group operates in Nord Pas-de-Calais and in Somme and Aisne.

The acknowledged know-how and expertise of Dupas Lebeda Entreprises teams is what RATP Dev relies on to continue the group’s expansion.

Autocars FINAND primarily operates regular interurban and school bus services under the terms of a Transvilles - CTVH chartering agreement supervised by SIMOUV (Syndicat Intercommunal de Mobilité et d’Organisation Urbaine du Valenciennois). The group also fields occasional services in school and sightseeing excursions.

Creil

Over a period of seven years, RATP Dev will effectively support the upgrades to the ACSO network, with a network that is better adapted to the needs of its users. In particular, this is thanks to a restructuring project that commenced in 2021: a reinforcement of the main routes, greater capacity and frequency during rush hours, and the addition of articulated buses with room for twice as many passengers.

Saint-Malo

RATP Dev restructures the MAT network over a five-year period and revitalises the transport offering with more frequent, more direct, faster and better-connected buses offering more services to passengers.

The emphasis is on improving bus frequency, a wider range of operating times for regular lines and an entirely remapped network for trips to take less time and a focus on access to leisure activities. Several lines stop at the Aquamalo complex, the new water activities facility for the conurbation.
