Solution
Since January 1, 2025, and for a duration of 10 years, RATP Dev has been managing the heavy modes of public transit in the TCL network. Starting in June 2025, RATP Dev will also manage, in collaboration with Yachts de Lyon, the operation and maintenance of the new river shuttle service.
For a renewed vision of mobility, RATP Dev is committed to improving service quality and passenger satisfaction by implementing digitalization and predictive maintenance technologies, while making stations and stops safer and more welcoming through increased human presence.
Additionally, the decarbonization of the network will be accelerated through the use of cleanly produced electricity, prioritizing local production and gauging the environmental impact.
