RATP Dev Casablanca quality approach validated twice!

The second round of certification is based on the commitment by all RATP Dev Casablanca employees, and in particular those in the transport division, who worked within a structured and structural framework of continuous improvement to ensure that quality management is implemented in line with global, legal and regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001 certification already validates the operations of the maintenance division and was obtained in 2016. It was officially renewed following the audit conducted the same year by Bureau Veritas.

Ouargla

RATP Dev rolled out trams in Algeria's largest cities through SETRAM, its joint venture along with Entreprise du Métro d’Alger (EMA) and TRANSTEV. The tram ushered in a new era of modern transit, better quality of life, and economic growth.

The modern trams have air conditioning and low floors to allow access for passengers with disabilities. Passengers enjoy a high-frequency service and information system in both Arabic and French. The tram makes it easier to get around, and has helped improve the daily routine and quality of life for locals.

Cutting A Path Through Time
Affectionately referred to as the "Ding Ding" by locals, Hong Kong’s symbolic double-decker trams certainly move with the times. Despite having been chugging the city’s winding streets for over 114 years, these timeless and iconic streetcars continually strive to enrich the mobility experience of their 200,000 daily users, reflected by the recent launch of two inspiring programmes.

RATP DEV CASABLANCA: A KEY PLAYER IN MAKING THE CITY SAFER

The Tram Service: a Victim of Its Own Success
Nearly 162 million passengers have taken the tram in Casablanca—a figure that reflects the success of the service, five years after it was launched. Casablanca’s residents have become so used to it that many have stopped paying attention, resulting in more frequent accidents. The situation is unacceptable in the eyes of RATP Dev Casablanca and Casa Transports, for whom the safety of passengers and road users is an absolute priority.
