Thanks to the commitment of all of its teams and the quality of their work, RATP Dev Casablanca, the first public transport company to be certified ISO 9001:2015, has taken another step forwards in its quality label approach.

The company’s step-by-step strategy to certification was once again validated in 2018 with a second ISO 9001 label for its ‘produce a transport offering’ process.

The second round of certification is based on the commitment by all RATP Dev Casablanca employees, and in particular those in the transport division, who worked within a structured and structural framework of continuous improvement to ensure that quality management is implemented in line with global, legal and regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001 certification already validates the operations of the maintenance division and was obtained in 2016. It was officially renewed following the audit conducted the same year by Bureau Veritas.

The two labels demonstrate the operating excellence of RATP Dev Casablanca teams and their desire to offer the city’s inhabitants a high-quality, efficient and safety transport service that meets international standards.

The two-fold certification asserts company activity management policy in pursuit of strategic objectives:
•    Propose the best possible service at a fair cost with long-term proposals and solutions that uphold the interests of the transport authority, Casa Transports, and of its passenger customers
•    Implement a continuous improvement policy in all fields and in particular people safety and property security
•    Recruit,  train talented employees and develop skills by making the most of the know-how of RATP Dev experts
•    Be attentive to the concerns and expectations of Casa Transports and provide all the expertise needed to ensure the success of mobility projects.
