RATP Dev USA has hired a full-time recruiter for this location. Part of our training for new drivers includes the CDL training and certification process. We have also partnered with trucking schools to use their services as needed. And finally, we have partnered with the city to give employee bonuses and used agency-supplied CARES Act funding to assist as needed.
We are using outside vendors to help repair the fleet as well as bringing in experience techs and Managers in to help our techs to increase their skills due to their inexperience. As for OTP, working with the City in correcting the timepoints, along with working closely with them on their timepoint on the new Master Plan, starting in July 2019.
The RATP group is set to launch a new version of the TAC Mobilités mobile app via its RATP Dev subsidiary and Annemasse Agglo. The app collects theoretical and/or real-time public transport information in the Annemasse area (TAC network, car sharing and SNCF) and Geneva (TPG and CFF networks) to provide a multimodal service.

By renewing its confidence in RATP Dev for the management and operation of the urban transport network on 1 January 2017, it signed a contract not only for the optimisation of the service on different levels (mobility solutions, regional services, etc.), but also for the transition towards better environmental standards.
