Bertrand Gaillard

Bertrand Gaillard is Senior Vice President, Bids & Strategy, and a member of the Executive Committee of RATP Dev.

Mr. Gaillard began his professional career with Lafarge in the role of Deputy to the Group Climate Change Vice-President. In his time there, he also worked as a project engineer on the Group’s transformation program.

He joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2008, where he led strategy and organization projects spanning a broad variety of sectors (industry, transportation, financial services, public sector).

In 2011, he took on the position of Strategy and Business Planning Manager in the Aerospace and Transportation Business Unit of Constellium (formerly RioTintoAlcan). In the course of his four years there, he moved up to the role of Key Account Manager.

Mr. Gaillard joined RATP Dev in September 2015 and served as Strategy Director. In September 2017, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and North Africa Business Unit, where he remained until becoming Senior Vice President, Strategy & External Relations in January 2020. His role has been expanded in July 2022 moving into SVP of Strategy and Performance. 

Mr. Gaillard is a graduate of the Mines ParisTech engineering school.
