Arnaud Masson

Arnaud Masson is Senior Vice President of Digital and Sightseeing and a member of the Executive Committee of RATP Dev.

He has extensive experience and a proven track record in creating or transforming business models based on value creation through digitalization.

He began his professional career as an internal auditor at L’Oréal in 1994. He then worked as a financial controller before moving up to more senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer. 

Mr. Masson joined the SNCF group in 2002 as the Director of its Loyalty Program, and later moved into the role of CRM Director.

In 2006, he relocated to London to work for Eurostar. In his six years there, he managed the international carrier’s revenue and marketing data before taking on a senior executive role in on-board services.

Upon his return to Paris in 2012, he created the Marketing and Digital Department of Ramsay Santé, the leading private hospital group in France. There, he launched new services for patients and contributed to the development of B2C services in the healthcare sector.

In 2016, he became a member of the executive committee of Oui.sncf and Director of its European Business Unit, which he managed and restructured until joining RATP Dev in July 2019 as Senior Vice President, Sightseeing Business Line.

In June 2022, his role is expanded as SVP of Digital and Sightseeing.

Mr. Masson is an alumnus of the prestigious EDHEC and INSEAD business schools.

Bertrand Gaillard

Bertrand Gaillard is Senior Vice President, Bids & Strategy, and a member of the Executive Committee of RATP Dev.

Mr. Gaillard began his professional career with Lafarge in the role of Deputy to the Group Climate Change Vice-President. In his time there, he also worked as a project engineer on the Group’s transformation program.

He joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2008, where he led strategy and organization projects spanning a broad variety of sectors (industry, transportation, financial services, public sector).

In 2011, he took on the position of Strategy and Business Planning Manager in the Aerospace and Transportation Business Unit of Constellium (formerly RioTintoAlcan). In the course of his four years there, he moved up to the role of Key Account Manager.

Mr. Gaillard joined RATP Dev in September 2015 and served as Strategy Director. In September 2017, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and North Africa Business Unit, where he remained until becoming Senior Vice President, Strategy & External Relations in January 2020. His role has been expanded in July 2022 moving into SVP of Strategy and Performance. 

Mr. Gaillard is a graduate of the Mines ParisTech engineering school.
