Hiba Farès

Hiba Farès has been Chairwoman of the RATP Dev Executive Board since January 1st, 2022.

Ms. Farès joined the RATP Group in 2018 as a member of the Executive Committee and Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Marketing and Services. As such, she led a team of 9,000 employees in the Greater Paris region, managing overall operational services in stations, and developing the Group’s marketing and sales offering in response to calls for tender. In 2021, she also led the development of a MaaS offering through the “Bonjour RATP” digital app and the acquisition of Mappy. Since her arrival, she has drawn on her extensive expertise in customer service, management, and innovation to accelerate the RATP Group’s drive for customer focus and operational excellence. 

Previously, Hiba Farès worked for almost 11 years at Accor Group. She notably held the position of General Manager for the Novotel & Mercure brands, carrying the P&L responsibility for all mid-range hotels in the Greater Paris region, in addition to the Novotel brand. She had joined in 2007 as Head of Distribution Strategy & Revenue for Accor France hotels (1,400 hotels nationwide).

Ms. Farès also boasts significant international experience in the transport industry, having held various positions at Air France - KLM from 2001 to 2008 in the field of revenue management, mainly covering Europe, Asia, Africa and Middle East territories.

She is a graduate of the HEC Business School in Paris and completed an Executive Program (General Management Program) at Harvard Business School.

Dao Dam-Hieu

Dao Dam-Hieu is Senior Vice President, Commercial and Global Partnerships, at RATP Dev.

He is a graduate of École Polytechnique de Paris and ENGREF-AgroParisTech Environmental Sciences. Mr. Dam-Hieu holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD international business school. He has spent over 25 years working on B2A solutions for utilities, infrastructure and public transport. He has gained extensive experience in global business development throughout the world, at major multinational companies. 
 
From 2005, Mr. Dam-Hieu has worked for the public transport industry, at Keolis, where he held various business development responsibilities and successfully oversaw international bids, mainly in Northern Europe, Asia, and Northern America. From 2016, he was International Chief Commercial Officer of the group.
 
Mr Dam-Hieu joined RATP Dev in late 2019 to oversee bid development and lead teams in a continuous improvement approach to achieve operational excellence and performance.
 
Mr Dam-Hieu has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2019.

Philippe Diebold

Philippe Diebold was appointed Technology Director for RATP Dev in 2016, after dedicating nearly 25 years of his career to engineering, maintenance and urban transit operations at RATP.  He is a member of the RATP Dev Executive Committee.

Philippe Diebold started his career in 1990 as a roadworks engineer for Bouygues, overseeing sites for urban roadway repairs. In 1992 he joined RATP engineering teams and later served as the Prime Contractor to build the Val d'Europe station. Beginning in 2001, he managed the RATP Projects department to design new infrastructure and improve passenger areas. He then served as Operational Unit Director, overseeing a staff of 500 dedicated to station equipment and systems maintenance. In 2012 he joined the Infrastructure Management department to oversee safety equipment, heavy station equipment and civil engineering infrastructure. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Director for RER line A — the busiest in the Ile-de-France region — and managed a staff of 1,600 tasked with accommodating more than a million passengers a day
