Cécile Tuil

Cécile Tuil is our Executive Director of Clients & Engagement and a member of the RATP Dev Executive Board.

Cécile began her career at Pechiney where she held various positions in marketing, sales, business development, and communication. In 2003, she became the communications director of Alcan's beauty packaging division (Alcan Packaging Beauty). 

In 2008, Cécile joined Areva's Transmission & Distribution branch as its communications director. In 2010, she became vice president in charge of influence strategy at Schneider Electric, within the strategy and innovation department. From 2014 to 2022, Cécile was Albéa's vice president in charge of communications.

And in September 2022, Cécile has joined RATP Dev in the role of Executive Director of Customer Relations & Engagement. In that role, she will oversee the Institutional Relations, Communication, and Marketing & Innovation departments.

Cécile is Franco-American and a graduate of ENSIA, an engineering school specializing in the agri-food sector.

Florence Yvan

Florence Yvan is Senior Vice-President Human Resources and and a member of the RATP Dev Executive Board. She has joined RATP Dev in septembre 2022. 
 
Florence has 20 years of experience in human resources in various international settings where she has overseen cultural and organizational transformations. She has also led complex negotiations in Europe and successful integrations in Africa and the Middle East.
  
She began her career in the industrial sector with Veolia Water, before joining Monoprix and then Yves Saint Laurent within the Kering Group. In 2015, she became the EMEA HR Director of the Prysmian Group, a leading player in industrial cables (fiber optics, electrical cables), etc. and one of the RATP Group's suppliers.

Florence is double graduate of CELSA and she has a Master’s degree in labor law and HR.
