Joël Cohen is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of RATP Dev's Executive Committee. He joined RATP Dev in November 2022.
Joël Cohen has over 30 years of experience in France and abroad.
After starting his career with Deloitte, he held various financial management positions within the LafargeHolcim group in Central Europe where he contributed to the group's growth at a time when those countries were being opened up to the market economy.  He also aided the Group's development in Asia during the reconfiguration following the Asian economic crash, and in the Middle East and Africa during a period of fast-paced growth.
He worked as a consultant before taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer and taking part in a leveraged buyout for a development project.
Joël Cohen is a graduate of the European Business School in Paris, City University in London, and the ICADE Business School in Madrid.
 

Federico Tonetti is Senior Vice President of the Italy Business Unit since June 2024.

Federico is a highly experienced senior executive with a track record of delivering business model transformation and operational optimization for multi-national conglomerates. Over the course of his nearly 25-year career, Federico has worked in eight different countries in general management and global functional roles for a variety of multinational organizations, building up a broad range of executive experience along the way, spanning everything from the manufacturing sector all the way to the business services industry. He notably spent 10 years in Poland as the CEO and General Manager of LafargeHolcim, a global leader in building materials and solutions. He furthermore spent four years working as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. In 2022, Federico joined RATP Dev in the role of SVP UK & South Africa.

Federico holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and an International MBA from the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid.
