Barbara Duguay

Barbara DUGUAY completed a major degree in Economics and holds a law degree from Montreal University. She is a member of Quebec Bar since 1995. 

She began her in-house legal career in 1996 at Fednav Limited, Canada’s largest private international shipping company in Montreal, Canada. She thereafter joined Bombardier Transportation as Corporate Legal Counsel. During her 20 years with the company, she held various positions within the Legal function from the turnkey System business unit to head office Bids and Contracts risk management committee, cooperating closely with each function and business unit internationally. 

In 2021, Barbara took over the role of Regional Compliance Officer role at Alstom for the AMECA Region. 

She joined the RATP Dev Group in July 2023 as Group Legal and Compliance Director and was recently appointed Vice-President, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer. In this position, she reports to Hiba Farès, CEO of RATP Dev and is a member of RATP Dev’s management committee.
