Serge Reynaud has headed up the France/Switzerland Business Unit since April 2016. He is also a member of the Executive Committee. 

Mr. Reynaud possesses strong knowledge of the field of transportation operations and has extensive experience in management. He joined RATP in 1990.

He began his career working as a terminus supervisor on metro line 1. He then served as Assistant Director when line 14 opened in 1998. Between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Reynaud helped negotiate the automization of line 1, as the Head of Human Resources for the metro. Then from 2008 to 2010, he served as Managing Director for RATP Dev subsidiary GEST, leading the project to open a tram line in Florence, Italy. In 2010, he was named Executive Delegate to negotiate the STIF/RATP contract for 2012-2015. In 2014 he served as Executive Vice President and Human Resources Director, and was a member of the Executive Committee for the RATP Group, before moving on to RATP Dev.

Serge Reynaud is a graduate of MINES Saint-Étienne.
