The Supervisory Board of RATP Dev met on 17 December and ratified the proposal, which had been made unanimously by the Nominations Committee, to appoint Hiba FARES as CEO and Chairwoman of the Executive Board of RATP Dev. Hiba FARES has been a member of the RATP Group Executive Committee since 2018 as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Services.
She will take up her new position on January 1, 2022. She will be assisted in her role by Mehdi SINACEUR, who has been appointed COO, Deputy CEO of RATP DEV, and who joins the RATP Dev Executive Board alongside Jean-Louis ONNIS, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Anne-France LACLIDE, Chief Financial Officer.
