The local RATP Dev management team oversees service in five specific areas: fixed-route, citiAccess (Paratransit-Medicaid Contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission), special services, Texas Tech University service, and service as the Lubbock Agent for Greyhound Services. The fixed-route and citiAccess services provide safe and reliable transportation for Lubbock citizens throughout the community.
By collaborating with a local social media consultant, GoBG Transit received a fresh look with a new website, new graphics for the buses (bus wraps), a new logo, and social media pages.
RATP Dev USA has hired a full-time recruiter for this location. Part of our training for new drivers includes the CDL training and certification process. We have also partnered with trucking schools to use their services as needed. And finally, we have partnered with the city to give employee bonuses and used agency-supplied CARES Act funding to assist as needed.
