CTCM has joined in the general movement of RATP Dev subsidiaries to offer a free transport-on-demand service for health carers in Ardenne Métropole.

At the request of Ardenne Métropole and the Grand Est regional authorities and in conjunction with RDTA (Régie Départementale des Transports des Ardennes), our CTCM subsidiary, which operates the TAC bus network, has implemented a free transport-on-demand service for health carers in every facility across the region. The objective is clear: make commuting easier for health carers during the health crisis.

The initiative was launched on 23 March and is available seven days a week between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. Booking is easy: a toll-free number is available to health carers from Monday to Friday (booking possible up to 5 p.m. the day before).

Since the system has been in place, more than 500 bookings have been recorded with an average thirty journeys made daily, including on public holidays.

Local councillors and the people of Ardenne Métropole are very grateful to CTCM for its exceptional commitment to health carers in the region, who are the first line of defence in the combat against coronavirus.” - Boris RAVIGNON - Ardenne Métropole President
