In December, the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) awarded 4 stars to Orlyval Service in recognition of the excellence of its practices on the Orlyval line.

Committed for several years now to the EFQM approach, Orlyval Service, a subsidiary of RATP Dev, had already obtained in 2017 the first CE level (Committed to Excellence), an internationally recognised guarantee of quality.

The R4E 4-star level (Recognized for Excellence), rewards the strong actions and the level of excellence of the practices undertaken by the company in the areas of strategy, communication, management, customer service, production, maintenance, safety and corporate social responsibility.

This recognition confirms Orlyval Service and RATP Dev's desire to register the Orlyval line as a regional player pursuing excellence for its customers, employees and partners.

Within the RATP group, the Orlyval line thus joins line 14 and the RER A, which have already received the EFQM 4-star recognition.
