The Riyadh metro, our expertise

We are proud to contribute to one of the largest mobility projects in the world. In Riyadh, we operate the Blue and Red lines of the automated metro system, covering 64 km and 40 stations, as part of our CAMCO joint venture with SAPTCO. This network, which opened in December 2024, is at the heart of an intermodal public transport system combining metro, bus, BRT, park-and-ride facilities, and on-demand transport.

A committed local team

We also operate the bus network via PTC, our other joint venture with SAPTCO: 89 lines, including 3 BRT lines, for seamless integration between modes. Our local teams - 69% Saudi nationals, including 36% women - are trained to the highest international standards.

AlUla

AlUla: a state-of-the-art Mobility Plan

In AlUla, we finalized the 360° Mobility Plan for the Royal Commission, with the support of AFALULA. This ambitious plan includes an experiential tramway, autonomous shuttles, a fleet of electric buses and retrofiled land rover. In 2024, our autonomous shuttles carried nearly 200,000 passengers. These projects illustrate our ability to build sustainable, inclusive, and connected intermodal networks that serve local communities and their residents.
