Asset Management Director
Stephane is a highly skilled professional with over 25 years' experience in the railway industry. He has more than 10 years of experience on various projects such as in the capacity of senior leadership and management where he has developed, deployed and used asset management systems and tools.
He is suitable for the Operations Functional Integration Group as he has a great deal of interface management experience which was shown during the Lines 1 and 2 Driverless Metro project in Riyadh in his role as the manager of the full transit system. Through this role, Stephane was responsible for managing the subcontractors on the project and was the point of contact to the Project Director.
Stephane was in attendance during Steering Committee meetings as he was tasked with managing the project on both a contractual and technical aspect. He reported to the Maintenance Director and the Commercial Director to ensure all systems and teams were delivering results and provided leadership and direction to any queries regarding systems testing.
This experience showcased Stephane as a leader during the Riyadh project, who would ensure all KPI requirements, and any commercial issues were addressed head on and resolved as soon as possible. His ability to effectively liaise with his team and the Commercial Director emphasised Stephane's clear ability to identify ideas and concerns to ensure all deadlines were met, which will make him suitable for the Operations Functional Integration Group.
