Pablo Romero is a senior rail executive now CEO TransitLinX, the joint-venture between RATP Dev and John Holland, with more than 15 years of international experience across Australia, Thailand, mainland China, and Hong Kong. He has held P&L-responsible leadership roles, including Project Director in Bangkok, where he oversaw the commercial, operational, and financial performance of two new GoA4 metro lines while engaging directly with executive stakeholders.

Pablo has deep expertise in O&M, GoA4 metro systems, project mobilisation, testing & commissioning, and complex systems integration.

Most recently, he served as Technical Director role on the SRL East Line-wide Package, where he led the O&M technical team through tender, managed the technical budget, shaped the O&M strategy, and supported negotiations through to contract closure.
