Ever since graduating as an engineer, Denis has been fully committed to urban public transportation : he joined RATP Group (Paris Metro owner and operator) in 2006 to work on the renewal of Paris Central station Châtelet-les-Halles, which started his years in the Project Delivery Department, where he contributed to delivering metro extensions, commuter train stations and lightrail extensions projects in the Paris Region.

He switched to rail operations in 2015, becoming Head of RER line B, Paris' second-busiest commuter line serving 2 international airports, managing the day-to-day operations to ensure the safe journey of 1 million passengers everyday.

Since 2019, Denis has been driving RATP Group's expansion in Australia, leading his team to a first successful tender with the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project.
