Victoria Lead
Christophe is an executive leader with more than 20 years of global experience in the rail industry. He brings extensive expertise across the full project life cycle, having overseen the design, delivery, and operations and maintenance of metro and light rail networks in Europe and Asia. He has developed deep O&M knowledge at both strategic and tactical levels, from defining concepts of operations and requirements through to mobilisation and day-to-day metro operations. Christophe has a strong track record of building high performing teams that work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to meet performance requirements in complex delivery and operational environments. He previously served as Operations Director at RATP Dev headquarters in Paris, where he provided strategic and technical leadership across RATP Dev’s transport portfolio, including rail, bus, and metro. In this role, he led a specialist team delivering operations, maintenance, and safety audits, monitoring subsidiary O&M performance, and developing best practice governance frameworks. He has significant experience working within complex stakeholder environments, with a focus on early client engagement to define objectives, requirements, and governance frameworks that anticipate project milestones and approval gates. In Seoul, Christophe led initiatives to address crowding and social challenges, including reorganising maintenance and cleaning activities to deliver additional services and implementing a trainset extension programme without disrupting operations.
Across his career, Christophe has held senior operational leadership roles on major metro and light rail projects, supporting clients through planning, design, mobilisation, and live operations. His experience spans both greenfield and brownfield networks, with a strong focus on service reliability, safety performance, and continuous improvement in complex, high demand urban rail environments.
