Building a denser network

With the opening of the T3 and T4 tram lines and two bus with high level of service (BHLS) lines in 2024, Casablanca's transport network has taken a new step forward.

These expansions, constructed on site, have improved the ability to travel west and south of the urban area and increased the number of available connections.

The projects are part of the ambitious multimodal strategy carried out for over ten years by the mobility authority Casa Transports, with the support of RATP Dev Casablanca.

Supporting sustainable development

RATP Dev has rolled out all its expertise in network operation and maintenance to deliver the best service quality in Casablanca, one of the African continent's five biggest cities.

Casatramway and Casabusway's ease of use, comfort and performance (99% on-time rate) have boosted passenger satisfaction (to a level of 98%). These advantages have allowed us to convince a growing number of residents to travel on our lines.

With more than 110 million trips in 2025, the tram and bus network plays an active role in the transformation of a growing Moroccan city with a population of 3.6 million. The benefits even go beyond transport, since the tram has encouraged the creation of new pedestrian areas, thereby improving the urban environment and quality of life.

Bus Casablanca

RATP Dev Casablanca and our teams are committed to developing sustainable urban mobility and improving daily life for residents. The launch of the T3 and T4 tram lines in 2024 reflects this commitment and the environmental and social benefits of urban mobility.
