Public transit and sustainable cities

Our line of work contributes to the emergence of sustainable cities: breathable, efficient, equitably shared among all forms of mobility, unified, dynamic, ambitious.

Public transit is a solution to the climate emergency.
It is a generator of local employment. It links neighborhoods and communities. It is a public service at the heart of day-to-day life. It makes cities more attractive and better equipped to host major events.

Our line of work is virtuous by its very nature

But our clients deserve more than mere compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. And our teams, the planet, and local authorities deserve more than the bare minimum.

That is why RATP Dev is resolutely committed to going further in terms of environmental, social, and societal responsibility:

Our commitment to the planet 🌿

We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of each of our networks and working towards a modal shift in public transit.

Priorities:

- Reducing our carbon footprint
- Resiliency of our networks in the face of climate change
