Since January 1st, 2010, CTY (Transport Company of La Roche sur Yon), a wholly owned subsidiary of RATP Dev, operates the urban transport network of La Roche sur Yon within the framework of a seven-year contract.

When RATP Dev responded to the invitation to tender of the community of Vendee, it committed to propose an innovative transport service adapted to the demographic growth of the region with: an extended network (from 1 to 15 communities), a "SMS Info-bus” service for real-time traffic information and multimodal information terminals for the passengers.

RATP Dev also favored sustainable development solutions by offering the implementation of 3 bike rental companies and of 2 bike stations opened 24/7.

To finalize the evolution towards the brand new network, renamed “Impulsyon”, the CTY has recently begun working at a huge makeover: new outfit for drivers, new liveries of buses and rebranded stops, new graphic standards, etc.

The Impulsyon network is operationnal since 23rd August 2010.
